WE ACCEPT: All construction & demolition, yard waste, rubble, rock, concrete, asphalt, stumps, brush, and miscellaneous inert debris material.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:  Asbestos, air conditioners, refrigerators, or appliances with CFC or HCFC refrigerant, roofing materials, (shingles, rolled, etc.), Processed or re-handled materials, contaminated soil, barrels, drums, chemical, toxic, medical, or hazardous waste, garbage or perishables, railroad ties, liquid or soupy loads, batteries, bulk loads of trees, or bulk loads of mattresses, fluorescent ballast, radioactive material, creosote timbers or paper greater than 10% of the load.

Potomac Landfill management reserves the right to accept or reject any loads or part thereof.  PLI is not liable for any damages or injury to person, property, or equipment upon entry to the facility.  Customers assume all risk of damage or injury while on premises.
